Warranty
 Lancing Construction fully adheres to all guarantees and warranties which it provides. We stand behind the quality workmanship which we provide and we have the total confidence of our clients.
Deficiency Completion: It is a recognized policy of our company that all deficiencies be addressed within one week of the final inspection, and resolved in an efficient and timely manner. It should be noted that the company has never experienced a delay of holdback on substantial completion due to outstanding deficiencies.
Final Completion:
Lancing Construction routinely meets its commitment on, agreed upon, or contractual completion dates. It should be noted that we frequently operate under contracts which include a liquidated damages clause, and we have never had this clause enacted against us. Apart from the contractual obligations, it is our conviction that the timely completion of a project is a major factor in providing the overall quality service for which we stand.
Quality
Lancing Construction takes great pride in providing the highest quality workmanship to all of their clients. This is evidenced by the amount of repeat business from many of our customers, i.e. Canada Post Corporation, the Hamilton Public Library Board, The City of Hamilton, ProFac Facilities Management Services Inc. (project managers for: Ontario Realty Corporation, Ministry of Education, Ministry of the Attorney General), the Hamilton-Wentworth Catholic District School Board, and many varied smaller projects for Public Works and Government Services Canada in the Hamilton/Niagara Region.
Lancing Construction has completed the greatest majority of projects under Standing Offer Agreements and this has been mainly due to our high standards of quality and expedient delivery of these projects. The quality standard set down by Roy J. Drysdale, the company’s President and Founder is instilled in all staff members, and is continuously audited on all projects. |
